Historia
Saburo Sakai became a living legend in Japan during World War II. Pilots everywhere spoke in awe of his incredible exploits in the air. Of all Japan’s aces, Saburo Sakai is the only pilot who never lost a wingman in combat. For a man who engaged in more than 200 aerial combats, this was an incredible achievement. His remarkable book Samurai! written by Martin Caiden but with the assistance of Sakai and Fred Saito is a brilliant account of life as a Japanese pilot in the Second World War.

A great story of WW2 Japanese history
Revisado: 05-09-23
A very good telling of WW2 Japanese history. Refreshing hearing it from the other sides point of view and great learning just how great the Japanese aces were!

Historia
When Truman asked Stalin in 1945 whether Hitler was dead, Stalin replied bluntly, "No." As late as 1952, Eisenhower declared: "We have been unable to unearth one bit of tangible evidence of Hitler's death." What really happened? Simon Dunstan and Gerrard Williams have compiled extensive evidence - some recently declassified - that Hitler actually fled Berlin and took refuge in a remote Nazi enclave in Argentina.

If only this could be proved!!
Revisado: 12-11-16
Very compelling and left me convinced Hitler survived the war. Would be great to see some the proof for myself and more could be proven as this would be world changing! Great read!!

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

Revisado: 12-11-16
Saw the movie then read the book here (well listened to) have to say I liked the movie and LOVED the book so much more info made the whole scenario more believable and dragged you deeper into the story.

Not the most well written book I've bought
Revisado: 06-23-16
Not the most well written book I've bought, does not draw you into the story. To many facts, dates etc leaves you feeling like you read an encyclopedia.
