I don't get motived by profanity

I was really hoping to to get motivated to do the yoga and lose weight, after the first hour I was ready to get my money back full of profanity fxxx this shxxx on that, I don't need that to get motivated I was hoping to give some family members, I would be embarrassed to give to anyone. Guess I wasn't raised that, I liked the wrestling stories and have been watch YouTube videos following along and bought the yoga book,but this turned me off.
