It was cute.

This was a good palate cleanser book for me if that makes sense. It was a nice break from the books I’ve been reading which are heavy world building and character building. I went into this with no expectations or even what it was about other than sapphic. Which is all you had to tell me honestly lol. YA young love with a twist. I was expecting more closure at the end of the book but overall a fun listen.

Maybe it’s me

I am a mood reader and maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for this book today but I just didn’t connect at all with the character. It wasn’t terrible but also nothing really stuck out except things that gave me the ick. But again it may be me and not the book today lol
