This book does not denigrate introverts. It is a concise collection of tools to navigate life in a world that credits extroverts and overlooks the amazing qualities of introverts. The author even includes a list of careers that are well suited to introverts which I haven't seen in any other books on the topic. There's useful information on dealing with anxiety, increasing self-confidence, practicing mindfulness, how to act in social situations, protecting your alone time, how our posture affects people's response to us, etc.

I bought the audiobook and I have not had any issues with the binding yet. Even if that happens, I will find a way to manage it. This book is worth it. I've been a vegetarian for 8 years and this is the best and most helpful vegetarian cookbook I have found.
