I have listened to this book many times. It is the perfect short story for when I need a quick audio fix with a HEA.

Witty

I enjoyed this story and have listened to it several times. Nat's wit and intelligence is wonderful to listen to and his relationship with Michael is so special. The fact that reo, who comes off as cold and emotionless in the beginning, is actual romantic was perfect for Nat.

Hot HEA

This was my first Sloane Kennedy book and I am hooked. The three have different personalities that really compliment one another. The fact that Jonas is the link that brings them all together was perfect. The narration was really enjoyable and I am not looking forward to not just more Sloane Kennedy but to look into more stories narrated by Joel Leslie!

Sweet short story

I really enjoyed this short story. Nate is cleaver and funny and takes almost everything with humor. To find out that the physical attraction in his mind was a true connection only to find out that Harrison though it was an app hookup was sadly funny. I really liked the pep talk Harrison's sister gave him after finding out what he did. When Harrison goes in to get an apology bouquet from Nate it is so sweet and I loved their HEA. The narration really brought this book to another level with the snark in Nate's voice.

Cliffhanger

This was really good but didn't realize it was a cliffhanger for the next book... AUGH - okay book 2 here I come.

Beautifully Found Love through Friendship

This companionable friendship to regard and then love was a beautiful experience to listen to. The narrator did this story justice and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good but long winded at times

The story was interesting and the narrators were really good. The problem for me is that the story didn't need 11 1/2 hours to tell week. I felt that it dragged at times and was long winded. I occasionally got bored and so many moments weren't valuable for the story.

Protector to Lover

The story of Elliot and Cuz and how opposites attract was really great. Elliot is such an anxious person and Cuz brings his confidence out in such a short time in getting him to step out of his comfort zone. This was a great short story and I liked that it brought Declan into it with the part he played in Elliot's family tragedy and saves Elliot. Cruz is a character you would love to be friends with and the perfect person to complete Elliot. At the end the chemistry between Sam and Matias was intriguing enough to make me anxious for their story.

Hate to Love - what a ride

Dylan's snark grabbed me with his first statement about hating his boss. The meeting he was attending in the first scene and the way Gabe handled the employee "issue" was so perfect and set the tone in the best way for the rest of the book regarding their dynamic with one another. I would get so pissed at Gabe for his insensitive actions and direct hits towards Dylan and then love Dylan's return shot during the working scenes. I listed to his on Audible and would have loved to hear Gabe's side of things in some parts because for often than not I was wondering what the hell he was thinking when he did certain things - then I realized his self destruction was best viewed through Dylan's eyes. I loved this story and that Jude and Henry (who are great side characters whose stories I can't wait to read/listen to) had a hand in bringing them back together.

A good password makes all the difference!

Just is an amazing character and I just love him! His devotion to his family grabbed my heart and held it. Asa's struggles with the public in his life at every turn and his strength at staying true to himself and protective of those he loves was endearing. I can't say how very much I loved Billy and his little boy ways. Proof that a good password makes all the difference! It brought so much to the story to have that little cheeky monkey around. Jude took so much on his shoulders and I just could wait for him to let Asa in to be his partner and help make their little families into one. I have to say that the first scene with Dean made me crying with laughter!!
