Started this before going to bed. It is now 3:08 am. I couldn't stop listening. I thought Lisa Marie had a tough life, but this was so much more insightful.

Kimberlee Bonura had a very calming voice when doing exercises.

This was a great book. I wanted a hard copy to look back on and was disappointed there was not one, however I would recommend this book to anyone needing to learn the tools to improve their energy.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I recommended this book because I had a couple of moments when listening to this that I said to myself 'that explains a lot'. My friend was complaining about their 'life' and it sounded like what the book talks about. My friend went and listened to this book and agreed, this is a must read/listen to book.
Which scene was your favorite?
The whole book is excellent, but I enjoyed chapter 3 and 9 because it was what I was struggling with personally.

I bought this book as an audible, however it was so good that I bought a hard copy for using to reference back to occasionally.
