useful, but horrifying
Revisado: 05-27-19
this book tells anecdotal stories of how people have developed and or suffer from Habits in a gruesome and confusing way. While the material itself is helpful, I truly dislike listening to this book.

drastic, sexist oversimplification of men
Revisado: 11-28-18
Despite some helpful insights as to how men and women fundamentally differ when it comes to child care, this book claims that all men want is sex. Don't bother with this book if you're serious about maintaining your marriage.

Rewarding, enlightening, difficult
Revisado: 04-13-18
This book contains truths about how your mind works. it is the best book I have ever listens to, however, it is extremely difficult to get through. While I can't recommend the content of this book enough, it's also difficult to encourage others to read it, as doing so requires a substantial investment of time and effort.
