I wanted to like this, but….

I really wanted to like this book, it came very recommended, but it’s such a negative narrative that instead of inspiring, it leaves you focusing on the negative aspects of yourself. It might be beneficial to some, but I prefer to focus on how to be and do better in a positive, uplifting way.

Not going to lie, the end took me by surprise and made me so sad but I loved all the golden nuggets I got from this book. I have been following Alison armstrong for a few months and devoured all her content that was available here and some it applies to this book, but it’s awesome to see it from a male perspective.

I was listening to this while running and was able to correct some posture and breathing things right away. The author did try to sell it a little too much towards the end by asking for reviews but because of the value of his work, I needed to give a positive review. Recommend!
