Great short stories and performance

stories are good. only one problem.

I enjoyed the stories. I have a big problem with every time Watson was mentioned it was always John H Watson. Sometimes Dr Watson's name was put together so weirdly that it took me a bit to realize who they meant. Narrations were.good for most all of them. There were a couple that you could not tell the difference between the characters. Some stories seem to be the same ones that have already been recorded. But there was a different ending. Still over all enjoyed the book

Enjoyed the story. Beware of the foul language.

I was reluctant to get this book because of the reviews. I'm glad I did. I was very pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a book that explains in detail about time travel, this is not the one for you. If you are looking for a fun book and don't mind the bad language, this is definitely the book for you.

Love this series

I am always surprised at the solutions to mysteries. Thought I had it figured by chapter 2 but there was a twist. Im a big Sherlock fan so this series is a treat!

Loved the book in spite of a couple problems. Chapter 14 has language that is offencive to me. also chapter 13 should be at the end. the story gets out of order 13 15 and 16

What they call the first 'story', is about a guy who met ACD, nothing remotely Sherlock about it. The rest made Sherlock and Watson sound incredibly stupid. The narrator was not good for me. His voices and intonations grated on my nerves. It took 3 tries to get through these stories.

Maybe I just expect too much. But I think that if they put out an audiobook, then you should not hear Pages being turned or random noises to note passage of time. I E bird noises and scissor type noises. The stories themselves are ok but its hard to get past the other stuff. In one story, there was no change in voice for other characters. Also no proper, if at all, inflection esp story 1. Maybe skip audio and read to get anything out of this book. am just disappointed.

Cant say that i am a die hard x-files fan, but i have seen enough to get it. This book is no where near as good as the show. Even the actors were terrible, which it pains me to say since I like them. If the story called for an extreme emotion, you got flat monochromatic. And there were parts that made Scully sound like a moron. I guess I expected more. Even buying this on sale was a waste of money.

Holmes' cases overlapped one another considerably, often with the next beginning while the current was still in motion. Some moved linearly from start to finish without interruption while others stretched, a piece here and a piece there, across weeks, months, or even years and decades.

Loved the multiple stories.

The stories were very enjoyable. The only problem I really had was with the narrator. He sounds so breathy like he's trying to tell you a secret; that's only mainly when he does Watson's voice. Other voices were pretty good.
Very good Sherlock stories. Really liked that so many of them referenced back to some old cases that I have already read.

Liked the stories but was VERY distracred by the narrator. Every word sounded like it was overly dramatic. Was hard to listen to but the stories were fun.
