I have been into Therapy since last year, and I am just browsing here for any books that will have some information about mental health. It's an interesting audible and it's the first time I heard about DBT, I think all of the people should have access on any material that could help us to control our emotions. That's the reason why I would like to commend the author of this book for doing such a masterpiece. This one is a huge help!
