Historia
Mere days after Ashton Wingate's wedding to the enchanting Lierin, capricious Fate stole the Mississippi plantation owner's beloved from him. Now, three years later, his carriage has collided with a cloaked rider on horseback: a woman who bears an uncanny resemblance to the young bride who was swallowed up by the merciless river. She awakens from unconsciousness in his magnificent home with no memory of who she is.

highly recommend
Revisado: 07-14-23
loved this story years ago in print. was worth the wait and the credit! Only complaint and it might just be how I read her name in print, the pronunciation of Lerin as lee-erin, doesn't flow as smoothly as how I heard it in my head.

Short and Stubborn
Revisado: 10-12-20
Loved Roderick, but I swear I could have smacked Lily for all her stubborn ways. She was almost unworthy of him. The Narrator was wonderful as always.

Like a ping pong ball on a concrete floor
Revisado: 07-16-20
This book was all over the place, It makes you wonder who actually wrote it. Or where was the editor to rein this in. The narrator was the only bright spot on it. Since I had read the entire series up to it, I felt compelled to finish it. Though it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Historia
When Lady Esme Byron happens upon a gorgeous naked man sleeping beside a secluded country lake, she can't resist the impulse to sketch him. But when her highly improper drawing is mistakenly revealed at a party, she finds her once-pristine reputation in tatters. narrator blues
Revisado: 05-21-20
I'm going to have to go to print on this book, narrator was almost child like with emphasis on pronunciation that it felt like English isn't her primary language. Can't finish audio but know T.A.W usually spins a lovely tale, hated to see it slaughtered in audio
