Research has also proven that 20.6 percent adults in the US alone battle with some sort of mental illness, and even kids between the ages of 6 and 17 are affected by mental health disorders. The issue is certainly alarming, and it is becoming more concerning with each passing day, especially with COVID-19 affective everyone, and wreaking havoc in our normal lives.

I bought this book for me and I loved it! It has tons of great CBT strategies and examples. It was so easy to listen and I got a lot out of it. It is a must-have for anyone who does counseling!
