Such a fun read!!

I've had several of Molly Harper's books in my library for some time but hadn't listened to them yet ~ I chose this one the other night, out of order, of course, lol, and Oh my gosh! I'm so thrilled I did!! The writing is fast paces, fun ~ the characters aren't afraid to poke fun at themselves OR face their issues, the families are fun and crazy, and the narration is excellent. I have since gotten every book in the series, and am listening to the 3rd one!!

A Sala fan from way back ~

I'm a Sala fan from way way back....I used to gobble up her SIM's and Special Editions. I had mad love for her books when she started writing for the Mira print....but I have to admit, while I ALWAYS, without fail, buy her book...the magic that made them stand out in a sea of books just isn't there any longer.
Teri Schnaubelt does a good job narrating this book ~ and the premise hooked me months ago, when I read the blurb, and I was SO excited to listen to it!! And I DID download and begin listening to it within hours of it appearing in my account ~ and about the first 1/3 of the book was good, had me guessing, wondering...but honestly she spent so much time on the AFTER that the suspense was almost like a sub storyline. Don't get me wrong, Ms. Sala's writing is always compelling ~ but the story just doesn't grab me by the throat and put me through the wringer like her stories of old. I had to MAKE myself listen to the last 3 chapters, which is very unusual for me, but I got bored. Period. Sad to say....

My favorite of the series so far!

When I started this series, with The Last Victim, I was SO upset. How could Karen Robards disappoint me in the romance department? I was devastated that the book just...ENDED! But each addition to this series has gotten better, delivered edge of your seat suspense, sexy smoking hot romance, and made me fall in love with a convicted serial killer! How the heck can she take me from not really a fan to hanging on to every little work?
This, the 4th book in the Dr. Charlotte Stone series, sees Charlie pining for Michael (aka Michael Garland, convicted serial killer) and certain he's gone from her life for good. But while Charlie is hella smart she just can't seem to stay away from serial killers...and when a man shows up who could be Michael's twin, Charlie can't resist the opportunity to prove Michael's innocence...even if she has to get close to a killer to do it. Little does she know while she's trying to obtain evidence there will be a prison break out...and that she'll be taken hostage. With a whole SLEW of serial killers. Who would even think Michael wouldn't fight the demons of hell to return to save her?

WOW. This truly was a breathless ride with Charlie and Michael ~ and a total heart twister. I don't want to give away anything but Ms. Robards totally delivered with this one ~ romance, some HAWT smexy times, edge of your seat OMGerd's...FANTASTIC!!

And Anne Marie Lee does an awesome job on the narration with all these books ~ she totally brings the characters to life for you!

FANTASTIC listen!!

I loved, loved this book. While I'm sure it's being criticized for having too much romance, that's what made me fall in love with Sandra Brown's writing so many years ago. And for me, Friction was almost a throw back to the early days of her suspense. It's got all those awesome elements ~ the hunky, oh so NOT perfect hero, the heroine who is really TOO perfect but you can't help but find yourself really liking her and rooting for her to find a way to wind up with this not so perfect guy ~ the twisty, tricky storyline that pulls you in deeper and deeper...oh, and those red herrings she's great at throwing out there. You just KNOW you've got it figured out...but you're wrong. I enjoyed this book immensely!

Crawford Hunt is a jaded, coming back from being down on his luck Texas Ranger.
Judge Holly Spenser is the presiding judge on Crawford's custody case to win back his daughter.
They find themselves thrown together in a court room shooting that begins a tempest of suspicion, suspense, romance, sex...and emotions that emanate from the pages. Again, I LOVED it! I wanted it to be LONGER!!

Excellent narration ~ the story truly came to life!!

Fantastic new to me author! Loved it!

This was a great listen ~ not only was the narration TOP notch, but the story was excellent...lots of romance, but enough suspense to keep me guessing all the way through. Likeable characters who totally sucked you into the story...I hope, HOPE there's more out there for me to discover!! I bought this one on a whim, for narration alone, and loved the story! I'm hooked!

Top notch suspense...she's an autobuy!

Kendra Elliot's writing just continues to get better and better! She's so got me hooked on the Callahan & McLane books...I love that each book is like a new case, but that she doesn't loose the tension & attraction between Ava and Mason.

In this new book, Spiraled, she delves into a twisted plot ~ and the plot unfolds like licks on a tootsie roll pop; you find yourself unable to set the book aside or turn your headphones off until you get to the END, lol. I LOVED it!

As an added bonus Ms. Elliot continues the story of Ava's twin sister, Jane.
Jane is story of her own ~ for anybody who has ever lived with a Bipolar person in their world, again Ms. Elliot has nailed it here.

I just love how creates the story, draws you in, gets you vested in her characters.

The narration was excellent, and the story was FABULOUS!!
If you're a fan of suspense, with some romance mixed in, you'll LOVE this!

Another GREAT listen by Katie Reus! <3'd it!!

HOT HOT HOT!! OMG! In this short but satisfying listen penned by Katie Reus aka Savannah Stuart she totally manages to pack not only some heart twisting moments, but some smokin' hawt love scenes that'll have you reaching for your ice water! (Or you man!)

I loved Grant ~ the tough Alpha, who is responsible for so much and so many, has so much trouble with Talia, his one true love. He's been taking her for granted...but she's DONE allowing that! Talia gives this tough Alpha a true run for his money...and I enjoyed every second of it!

Once again I have to tell you how very, very much I love Katie Reus's writing! She can pack so much emotion, so many thrills & chills into a novella that you get the feeling you've read a full length book. I always look forward to the next book in her series, and this is yet another series she's hooked me on!!

If you haven't tried her out yet, DO!! This is the perfect place to start!!

And the narration for Taming The Alpha was fabulous!!

This is such a winning combination of author & narrator!
I adore this series, and Sophie Eastlake truly does it justice, in my opinion.

I have to say that at first I was a little bummed ~ I thought Blue and Zoe would end up together. But alas, they are only besties and destined to stay that way ~ and I was NOT dissapointed in the woman who turned out to be perfect for Redstone Security agent Alexander Blue.

Blue is pretty jaded with women as a whole, and has never fallen...until he meets & rescues the gorgeous Mina ~ who tries to live her life on the down low in Key West, keeping her true identity secret.

Attacked on the street, Mina knows her real life has caught up with her ~ but she's hesitant to trust anyone after being burned in the past. But before she even knows that Blue is a security agent she finds herself wanting to trust in him, and drawn in to him ~ both physically and emotionally.

I've said it before about Katie Reus ~ for the length of her stories it's amazing how much emotion and sexual tension she can pack into the stories. Blue & Mina have a sexual tension that sizzles off the pages, and while it's a slow build to the action, it's a lovely trip! There's a sexy water scene I adored...well, heck, I just loved the whole story ~ and am dying to know how Blue's bestie Zoe will find her true love!!

If you've not started this series the greaat thing is you can start it anywhere and get a great read ~ each is pretty stand alone, with only characters popping in but not distracting from story if you've not read the ones before. However you're going to want to!

EXCELLENT book, fantastic series!! MORE please!!

Another FABULOUS listen from Katie Reus!!

Katie Reus has very quickly risen in the ranks of my keepers ~ I now own all her books on my Kindle AND in audio, they're that fantastic. In this latest installment in her Red Stone Security series we focus on Vincent and Jordan, who at one time were madly in love. But Jordan witnesses something awful and unexpected ~ and while she and Vincent are crazy for one another, can she really ask him to leave his family, his LIFE behind for her?
It's been years since Vincent has seen Jordan ~ who left him with not explanation. He wants to hate her...but the second he sets eyes on her it's like they were never apart.

FABULOUS story ~ one of the things I like best about Katie Reus is how she can pack a full, emotional love story into a novella. That takes mad SKILLS! And she does it every time, lol. I loved Vincent and Jordan, the way they had to struggle to come back together ~ and the way Vincent was ready to step up and stand for her when she is threatened. Fabulous story, truly great narration ~ you can't go wrong with this one! It'll satisfy your romance AND suspense craving!!

Can't wait for MORE Red Stone Securities stories!
And if you haven't checked out her Sin City series ~ you are SO missing out!!

I LOVED Iris & Wyatt's story!! Fabulous listen!!

I've been waiting and waiting for this story ~ if you read Katie Reus this ties in with her Sin City series ~ I kept checking and checking for this story, and you know how you're somtimes dissapointed when you finally get a story you've been waiting for forever??
That so didn't happen here! I absolutely LOVED Wyatt and Iris, and they are so perfect for one another ~ Wyatt is strong and domineering, but he knows how handle Iris, who is a strong and self assured woman. He's not about to let her go ~ even when she's stubbornly refusing him. The sparks fly from the second they step on the same page and don't stop! Smokin' hawt chemistry, Sophie Eastlake's fabulous narration & a GREAT story!

You don't want to miss this one ~ and let me recommend this whole series, as well as the Sin City series by Katie Reus. Action packed, sexy & full of characters you'll love and want to see more of!!
