Historia
Close your eyes and get ready to see the world in a new and more positive way. As a child in Toronto, Molly Burke was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa and became completely sightless as a teenager. Now an award-winning YouTube star and global influencer, Molly shares what it’s like to be a purple-haired, pink-obsessed fashion and makeup lover in a seeing world. She speaks with authenticity and candor about how she tackles the preconceived notions we have around blindness; Molly has made it her mission to make us see her - and ourselves- in a wholly empowering way.

Loved it......
Revisado: 08-20-19
So I listened to this book about two days ago. I absolutely loved it. I also loved Molly Burke's voice so much that if she wanted to be a reader for other audible titles I would enjoy listening to them as well. I liked how she was not afraid to tell a little of her story to us the listener. Everyone has their own story. With it's ups and downs. No story is ever exactly the same as another's and that is okay. We share them so we can learn to relate to others. So that other's can learn to relate to us. So we know that we are not alone and other people have gone through similar things. It teaches us so we can learn from those who go before us.

Historia
You'd think being abducted by aliens would be the worst thing that could happen to me. And you'd be wrong. Because now, the aliens are having ship trouble, and they've left their cargo of human women - including me - on an ice planet. And the only native inhabitant I've met? He's big, horned, blue, and really, really has a thing for me....

Big Blue Aliens
Revisado: 01-03-18
What did you like best about this story?
So you wake up and find that you have been kidnapped by aliens. And it is your worst nitemare. But wait, something happens and you are sort of rescued. And then you fall in lust/love. Would you go home if you could or would you stay?
I really like the relationship that Georgie and Vektal develop. It is wonderful that we also get the story from both of their points of view.

A book to call my own....
Revisado: 01-03-18
Where does A Man to Call My Own rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Pretty high. I have read and reread this book many times. I have also listened to the audio many times as well. I love a book that lets me do that.
What did you like best about this story?
sadness, love, misunderstanding, humor........................
Which character – as performed by Laural Merlington – was your favorite?
The twins equally. They were two different people sure but at the same time they were different aspects of the same body.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Beauty is skin deep but sometimes the mirror has two faces....

Historia
When Phoebe's mom returns from Greece with a new husband and moves them to an island in the Aegean, Phoebe's plans for her senior year and track season are ancient history. Now she must attend the uberexclusive academy, where admission depends on pedigree, namely, ancestry from Zeus, Hera, and other Greek gods. That's right, they're real, not myth, and their teen descendants are like the classical heroes - supersmart and superbeautiful with a few superpowers.

A. Great. Book.
Revisado: 01-03-18
Would you consider the audio edition of Oh. My. Gods. to be better than the print version?
Yes and No. From the standpoint of the story... no. It is the same one obviously. But the reader of the story (Jessica Almasy) was a perfect fit. I really love it when the reader and story just match.
What about Jessica Almasy’s performance did you like?
She was a perfect fit. I could just picture Phoebe when she spoke.
Any additional comments?
This book comes with 2 other stories. Please get them into audio form as well.

new reader...and the rest of the story.....
Revisado: 06-15-17
Would you listen to The Dragon Who Loved Me again? Why?
Yes. When I first started listening to this one I was immediately upset because Hollie Jackson was not the reader. At first it seemed that Morgan Hallett was not as good of a reader. But I continued to listen to the rest of the story. It is not that Morgan Hallett is a bad reader, it is just that Hollie Jackson is perfect for the books. I still prefer the Hollie to Morgan for these particular books. But I will still listen to the rest anyway.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Dragon Who Loved Me?
I am just gonna say that Annwyl gets crazier.....
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I laughed, I cried but only a little. I really liked the story.
Any additional comments?
Whenever there is a change in reader of a series, how names of characters and places are pronounced should be kept the same. It can really confuse listeners on who a character is when the pronunciation is changed drastically. That is not good.
