This is a much needed book and I’m so glad the author decided to write it. Timothy Presley does a great job of providing insights from the child’s and the parents point of you. I can’t think of anything that was missed in this book and I recommend it for anyone who could use the support. It’s empowering to have the knowledge and understanding about your emotions and examples of ways to change circumstances. It doesn’t have to be a struggle. Taking the time to read this and do the self reflection exercises is well worth the time. It’s also a bit of a wake up call for some I’m sure. We’re not always aware of how disheartening our actions can be for the kids.

I had asked him if he liked the book and he said he liked it a lot. As an Army veteran myself I encourage my children and grand children to learn the history of our country and world history. The history of war and the weapons that were used to fight them are an important part. War is an abomination, yet we continue to wage them against one another. This book does not glorify war, or violence it simply explains the mechanics
