Great advice and reasoning but missing the how

I enjoyed the book very much. It gave some great advice on why it’s important to have self discipline. It explained thoroughly why it is necessary to developed this habit and even gave a few suggestions on how to do so. However, I was looking for more of a systematic approach on how to begin the process of self discipline. I wanted some suggestions on how to go about developing the habits of self discipline. I wanted to hear something along the lines of, “ You can try these methods for these occasions.” I know that not all methods and approaches apply to everyone or every situation, but it simply didn’t give enough of the how approach. Good motivator though.

Great advice for getting your life together!

I wanted to rearange my schedule ever since I noticed I was running late and falling behind on assignments, this so far had help immensely. The key goal is to take the advice, plan a schedule thats works for you, and most importantly - stick to it! Do make sure to plan a schedule that is best to your needs, the type of person you, and dont be afraid to rearrange it until you achieve something that gives you maximum efficiency with reasonable brakes.
