Mark Stevens has done a great job with the psychology of his characters. Frank Ryder's struggles with guilt felt incredibly real to me. I appreciate the healing journey this character takes. Powerful for anyone who's ever had a life-changing accident and carries the burden of regret. This book also rekindled my love for baseball which I haven't felt since my days and little league.

I've probably read a dozen books on relationships and masculinity. They've been helpful but for some reason this book really brought it home for me. I just finished it I already know it's going to change my life and save my marriage. for the first time in years I feel hope

I love this book and it's caused me to think much more deeply and be more mindful about rituals which is enriching to life. everything is more meaningful now. I loved all the stories and anecdotes Sasha shares about her dad. this is a must read for all Carl Sagan fans - all if us who miss him.
