Thankful for an open and honest look at one life

It has given me so much hope and increased my trust in my/ our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. When He has used Beth Moore with her past there is no one that is hopeless.
I was feeling hopeless, and useless before reading/listening to this book. The strange thing I did not feel guilty. Now I understand why. The fact that Jesus took all that guilt and shame on Himself on the cross.
Mrs. Moore in your teachings ( which I love) you point to Jesus as the only way. We all have a "back story". If we only knew what each of us went through...well thank you for sharing the pain and testifying to the One Who is truly faithful and true.
Without Jesus we are all jacked up and twisted up.
This book is well worth reading. It opens the door to reality of life and hope in Jesus Christ.

Redemption is a word that has not been used in Christian circles lately. Being purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ. There is a true change when one has been born again. Another word that you rarely hear these days. ( or maybe I have neglected to hear the right preachers) This book was so refreshing. I cried as I thought back on my own Born again experience. I love hearing or rather reading about the goodness and grace of our Lord and Savior in this man and his mother's life. The good news, the truly good news of Jesus Christ that changes lives.
