"Just Watch Me" may quite frankly be the best Memoir I have heard. No holds barred. Stark truths from one hell of a woman.
Just hearing this Memoir made me want to cut my boot straps and fly like I know I can. It made me want to be the best version of myself. To see through the pain of an angry person (including myself) to RESPOND the humanity underneath rather than REACT in anger. Hurt people, hurt people.
There are exceptions. Larry Nassar is one of them. He has no remorse, doesn't think he did anything wrong, and he deserves to go away forever.
Rosemarie is measured, and I believe ...Fair in her judgment of everyone.
I also loved how she went a bit redneck on her family after she went through amazing feats with her busy schedule to make them a beautiful dinner, only to be met with resistance and ingratitude, She had finally reached her wits end and poured TANG all over that gorgeous dinner. I don't think she was met with the same ingratitude after that. ;) Hearing this made me laugh out loud because I too, have my breaking point. We all do.
I just loved this Memoir, I think you will too.

My name is Kate Romero and I am reviewing this audiobook from my husband's account. I am a huge fan pf Rosemarie Aquilina in general. That said; I treated myself to her audio-book Triple Cross Killer to listen to while I get my steps in every day for my fit bit. The imaginative and incredibly believable story line, the characters, the tension, the visuals, the knowing messages I felt from my own past kept me so engaged I don't know if I was breathing at some points. As I walked and listened in my neighborhood and at my gym, I found myself gasping, shrieking, and laughing because I was so involved that I forgot where I was and what I was doing. I want this book to be a TV Series. Netflix, HBO, Showtime...somewhere! The character Rita Rose and her lover Nick Archer ran the gamete of every toxic relationship I've ever been in. So delicious and intense in the beginning with all of the same kinds of twists and turns. I happen to be married to the world's best husband now, and thanks to this compelling and well written book, if I were to ever (God forbid) date again, I would see the red flags in a narcissist or psychopath like a fireworks show and look for the nearest exit to get away from them. I am so very sad that I have finished this book. The one thing I can do while I wait for the next one is to listen to it all over again. YUM! WHAT A STORY!

Relentless Bongo Drums and Static

The sample example I heard before my purchase seemed tolerable enough as I expected the bongos to change to other more celestial sounds as it went on. Not so. The bongos went on forever and when I fast forwarded there was the sound of static that was much louder than the narrators speaking voice. This all made me feel agitated and annoyed more so than relaxed and receptive. Further, as I settled down to listen while I slept...within the first 10 minutes the narrator was counting me back up to alertness. I have worked with hypnotherapy for years and found this title to be amateur and not what it says it is. In hindsight the reviews now seem to have been written for the sole purpose to sell this title and are deceiving in my opinion.

Loved the narrator-but Not Funny

I think that having Prosperity "Jokes" HA HA HA in the title was misleading. While I enjoyed the voice and style of the performer, I did not like the content.

Good experience

Being a restless sleeper I was attracted to this title because it would play for 6+ hours through the night. I used it for the first time last night and managed to stay asleep. Some titles will take you deep into relaxation only to wake you up again. I didn't notice that happening with this title. So far so good.

A Covert Commercial for Transcendental Meditation

I kept listening in the hope to get some real wisdom only to find after all was said and done that the book is really in fact a commercial for purchasing pricey TM programs from the David Lynch Foundation. Very disappointed.

Says relax..2 minutes in says WAKE UP

I bought this title so I could fall asleep and hear it while sleeping for 6+ hours as I tend to be a restless sleeper. I couldn't even listen for 10 minutes because the narrator tells us to relax and then almost instantly counts us up to being fully awake to go start our day. It is clunky, and somewhat silly to be frank. VERY disappointed.
