What a fun romp with some of my favorite characters in the series. It was great to see these guys in action during their down time and to get some history behind the legends. I'm burning to get to the next book in the series. While many questions were answered, a whole new realm of possibilities was open up. On to Blood Bonds.

The narration was spot on, as always with these narrators. They make the characters and the story come alive!

Holy Moly!!!! I didn't see that coming!

I'm not sure I know up from down or right from wrong now. If you follow this series you need to throw out everything you thought you knew. Every. Damn. Thing!

Osiris you dirty dog! I had no clue. Not one. Ms. Foss just took this series and flipped it upside down and I literally do not know how to act. I do know one thing, Lexi C. Foss is flippin' brilliant and I'm one giddy reader.

Sarah Puckett and Kale Williams did a fabulous job with the narration. Their performance enhanced an already fabulous story.

I didn't hold out much hope that this story would hold my attention. I'm not a chess kind of girl and while this isn't a just a story about chess, it does have quite a bit of move by move descriptions. Hats off to both the author and narrator for making this not only interesting but entertaining and engrossing.

This was quite the fun and entertaining read. What's not to enjoy, when we get such an interesting mashup of genres that really work. I was a bit disappointed that no Zombies actually made a showing, but this fresh take on an Omega-verse world didn't really require them. I adored the characters and their banter. And especially liked the particularly feisty portrayal of an Omega. I am always well entertained when I read a Lexi C Foss book. This narration duo always deliver a great listen.

My first book by this author. There is no doubt that Amy Harmon can string words together gorgeously. In fact, if you have the choice, I highly recommend that you listen to this one. Amy's words are really meant to be heard.

The begging of the story is sluggish and I very nearly gave up out of boredom and lack of connection. I'm happy I didn't because the story built to an ending that was among of the best I've read. Emotional, memorable and perfectly balanced.

Amy Harmon's words are written is way that they beg to be heard and the performance by Rob Shapiro was icing on the cake. I can't imagine anyone else telling this story. Bravo.

A terrific, quick read. If you have a little time to fill, this is a great book to fill it. Dark and devious. Loved that ending.

I can't imagine a better narration for this book. The performance really enhanced the story.

Who knew we needed Sethios and Caro's story so badly? I didn't but I did. Blood Bonds is a perfectly timed prequel, of sorts, that delivers action, adventure and one hell of an emotional gut punch. GAH! It's truly the story I never knew I needed or expected. Don't skip over this one. It has cemented Sethios' reign in this series and in my heart.

The narration was beautifully done, emotional and fierce. I expect nothing less from both of these narrators

What a wild ride!!!! One that I never wanted to end. The tension of the slow climb, the terror of the sudden fall and angst of all the bumps and curves, has my emotions and my brain in total vertigo. I'm gonna need a minute to recover. I laughed, cried, screamed, literally, held my breathe and want nothing more than to experience it all again, and again and again.

This is the reason I fell in love with Lexi's writing and the reason I come back with every book release! I highly recommend this series, to anyone who needs a shot of adrenaline, an escape from the ho-hum that life can be sometimes. Angel Bonds is like a shooting back a six pack of Red Bull.....wings included!

The narration was fabulous. Emotional, smooth and easy to listen to. I would expect nothing less from these two fabulous narrators.

Brilliant, cunning, sophisticated and hauntingly beautiful!!!

If words create magic, then Trisha Wolfe is a motherf@cking magician--a master illusionist that tantalizes with gorgeous prose, slays with emotion, depth, and detail, leaving me in awe struck at the power she wields with mere words. Not many authors have the capability, the talent or the grit to garner such a reaction from me but this woman, this sorceress, does it every time. Her dark matches my dark and her words own my soul.
"Good things don’t emerge from basements and cellars… Dark things do." ~Grayson

Born, Madly and the Darkly, Madly Duet is an epic masterpiece that follows the relationship of two souls born of impossible circumstances, thrust into a world they can’t possibly survive, shouldn’t survive, but damn if they don’t try. And what a breathtaking, twisted experience it is.
‘We’re a fucked-up kind of inevitability. Not fated. Doomed.” ~Grayson

"A finality with a standing ovation."~Grayson

I’m so very sad to see this duet come to an end but I am excited to see what other magic this author has up her sleeve.

Narration gets an A+ .
