In this writing I will demonstrate that the scriptures emphatically teach a contingent of angels called “Holy Watchers” decided to have offspring with human women and knowingly commit this great abomination of sin toward the Most High. The Sons of God and the Divine Council mentioned in the Bible are these same “Holy Watchers” (a position of angelic authority) mentioned in Enoch and Jasher and in Genesis 6 that not only conceived children with human women but also gave mankind knowledge, technologies, and weapons.

Book of Enoch not Valid
Revisado: 01-31-24
Hi Friends,
Very interesting book; however, once the author cites and sources the book of Enoch as authoritative, it erodes the author's credibility. This means that this book's target market is those who are confused about the book of Enoch, believe it is authenticated and inspired by God, and then have factored that in as part of their reality. I 1 started the story based upon the author citing and sourcing from an invalid source and then asserting it as a foundational truth to be considered.

You shouldn't have to be a privacy expert to understand what happens to your data. April Falcon Doss, a privacy expert and former NSA and Senate lawyer, has seen this imbalance in action. In Cyber Privacy, Doss demystifies the digital footprints we leave in our daily lives and reveals how our data is being used - sometimes against us - by the private sector, the government, and even our employers and schools.

Book Worthy of Joe Biden Admin Privacy Ethics
Revisado: 02-17-23
Privacy is a dense topic on the one hand legal, compliance, etc, and squishy on the other hand ethics, politics etc. So when I say, it was a comical read, there is a bit of sarcasm in that comment.
First, it was a treat to realize that April also read the book Writing Creative Nonfiction By: Tilar J J. Mazzeo , The Great Courses, as I did. In the book, Writing Creative Nonfiction, the author discusses how you can essentially look at a picture, or video, extract specific details to support your biases, and dump substantive contextual information so that you can write a story that is "bulletproof" in that no one can say that you lied. April is obviously advanced in creative non-fiction, so it made me smile to hear how she chose to exercise those skills.
April associates every negative example of privacy with "those conservatives", and then dox those "Right Wingers", and then when it comes to the next administration i.e. "barack hussein obama" April doesn't mention that but refers to them as "follow-on administrative bodies" or something similar. You see how I just did that, I mentioned conservatives in the general sense and called out Obama in the specific sense. April can say, well I mentioned the Obama administration's approval of FISA, but she didn't say Obama, and said Bush. (I'm no bush fan either!) Tons of examples like that, on and on salted throughout the creative non-fiction. Well, that is a small glimpse of what April does, but the polar opposite of the names I just named.
I realize I don't do April's creative non-fiction justice with my example, but I'm just trying to give you a sense and flavor of what made me smile.
I kept listening and listing and wondered when April would write the letters S-N-O-W-D-E-N, as in Edward Snowden, the guy who exposed you and the NSA and all of their illegal survivance methods against US Citizens and the World at large. Not a peep, lol. If you are an NSA agent and writing a book on privacy and don't have SNOWDEN in the first chapter, almost all privacy street cred is in the toilet lol smh... It was just before the chapter when April goes TDS on us (those that would actually read/listen to this book haha), when I was thinking I'm going to bet that April is a high appointment in the Biden administration; everything points to that in the book. As if the book was part of April's career launch at the expense of basic human morals. Sure enough, she went TDS, so funny and predictable, which kept reinforcing my hunch. I later checked her current creds... General Counsel of NSA, L-M-A-0!!!
Again, nice creative non-fiction. There are very serious topics referenced in the book, and the performance was good, but April's Privacy Street Cred is an "empty star", not even one star. As of this review, Members of the European Parliament do not want to extend the adequacy decision to the U.S., urging the rejection of it. In layman's terms, The EU knows about NSA and doesn't think EU citizens should be spied on. US citizens should think about that. April, you are the reason why the EU doesnt' have trust in the US privacy!
You have all of the ambitions of lucifer, with fewer principles. The spin of this book makes me dizzy! You are the reason we need privacy! A Book Worthy of Joe Biden Admin Privacy Ethics.

Historia
Man’s Search for Meaning is the chilling yet inspirational story of Viktor Frankl’s struggle to hold on to hope during the unspeakable horrors of his years as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps. Between 1942 and 1945 Frankl labored in four different camps, including Auschwitz, while his parents, brother, and pregnant wife perished. Based on his own experience and the experiences of those he treated in his practice, Frankl argues that we cannot avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.

Historia
In The Black Swan Taleb outlined a problem, and in Antifragile he offers a definitive solution: how to gain from disorder and chaos while being protected from fragilities and adverse events. For what Taleb calls the "antifragile" is actually beyond the robust, because it benefits from shocks, uncertainty, and stressors, just as human bones get stronger when subjected to stress and tension. The antifragile needs disorder in order to survive and flourish. Taleb stands uncertainty on its head, making it desirable, even necessary, and proposes that things be built in an antifragile manner.

Journey through their Brewpub years.
Revisado: 11-19-18
I enjoyed this book it started a little slow like most Brewing but it quickly picked up speed and gave a interesting perspective to a time-honored craft.
I really appreciated his modest beginnings cranking out 10-gallon batches. Isn't that how every Brewers starts LOL.
The book is great context to a ground-up approach although they had a restaurant side of the house which helped sustained Brewing start up.
Definitely worth the listen. Especially if you are interested in this business.

Historia
"Our Father, who art in heaven...." The opening words of the Lord's Prayer have become so familiar that we often speak them without a thought, sometimes without any awareness that we are speaking at all. But to the disciples who first heard these words from Jesus, the prayer was a thunderbolt, a radical new way to pray that changed them and the course of history. Far from a safe series of comforting words, the Lord's Prayer makes extraordinary claims, topples every earthly power, and announces God's reign over all things in heaven and on earth.

Deeper Understanding of the "Lord's Prayer"
Revisado: 09-13-18
This book assesses the Lord's Prayer giving the reader/listener greater context of elements of the prayer and the prayer as a whole. For example, the Lord's Prayer is not a mantra but a formula to communicate with God. That is not to say that there are no other formulas for prayer for Jesus said "Pray then like this", "like" being a keyword.
In the context of the day, I've heard that addressing God as Father wasn't done. The Father's son Jesus really ordains those in the Body of Christ to partake in the Family of Christ, adopted if you will, as children of God, all in the first few words "Our Father..." I realize that is a lot to assert, but what would the common untrained believer think back then? They would say, "Oh! We can say "Our Father", we are his Children!" and then the significance of their deep understanding of Family would plug into this new understanding of how to address God. You do not need an educational certification or certificate to understand this if you have a family which uses the model God has given us. There is instant revelation for people who have families in those times, and even in our times now, provided your family is modeled in a way God has intended. Even if your family is fractured, as can happen now or back in antiquity, if you have a biblical understand of the family, the revelation becomes instintanous by just knowing that Jesus gave us the words, "Our Father..." wow...
An earlier reviewer mentioned how his disciples were not scholarly, and they didn't require a nuanced view of the Lord's prayer: "Christ did not use a theological college to interpret his words or prayers.. he sermon-ed for the common man for his simple uneducated heart to understand."
As I always say, it was Jesus the Christ, not Jesus Ph.D. Only the awards, honors, and accolades from man are of man. You can't take your degree to the gates of heaven like a ticket to disney. Our having or not a Ph.D. in Theology may or may not validate our knowledge and understanding of the bible. Degree program or not, it is our obligation to understand God's word at deeper levels and continue to do so. I also laugh at the above-quoted review because God's word is not superficial. As if, Jesus's spoken word should be simply read once and we move on, nay friend, each iteration over God's word should be considered in greater meaning and purpose, and then applying that understanding to the greater context of his word is so necessary for understanding his word correctly, and in this case even our prayer life.
Is the "Lord's Prayer" ready out of the can for the simple? Yes, and I feel reciting the "Lord's Prayer" is worthy, honorable and even necessary. Should we take the "Lord's Prayer" as the food we are given, learn about its ingredients, understanding the flavors and the sustenance it contains so as to apply it to our prayer lives? Absolutely. The Lord puts the cookies on the lower shelf and the upper shelf. As we grow we naturally eat the cookies on the higher shelves.
My feeling is that this book helps us to deepen our understanding of this prayer in a wider way, and also provides tools for applying that understanding to the greater context of the bible. We can take the approach the author used for this prayer, and think about other scriptures and prayers in similar ways.
This book was valuable and an excellent length so as to cover the content, with consideration of the pace of life we all have. The narrator was a great fit for the content too, great packaged content! It deepens our prayer life.

The Sovereignty Secret of Today's Church
Today's church would have you believe the new testament abrogates the old, further that there is no unity between the two, and that today's Love is defined in an all acceptance of any behavior, accommodating the mores of the present, while culture even attempts to corrupt Gods general revelation. Edwards rightly reconciles man's ongoing attempts to fool both himself and God reminding us of the dire consequences of rejecting Christ, non-repentance, and questioning our certitude of God's grace and sovereignty.
You would not be Edwards friend on Facebook, likely not anyhow, because truth can bite at us until we acknowledge both it and it's source. A friend such as this would be a constant reminder to search our heart and soul for corners we have not allowed Christ to cleans like those grand unholy desires which we have not relinquished or those little small white lies which wriggle us out of a social faux pax, but at what cost?
The reality of God's will can be either eternal reward or eternal peril. The Lord's inerrant word does not hide these truths in a corner. God's sovereignty is not the secret many churches would lead you to believe, but his truth is in plain sight for those of obedience to make it known.

For 300 years, The Pilgrim's Progress has remained perhaps the best-loved and most read of devotional fictions. In plain yet powerful and moving language, Bunyan tells the story of Christian's struggle to attain salvation and the Gates of Heaven. He must pass through the Slough of Despond, ward off the temptations of Vanity Fair, and fight the monstrous Apollyon. In Part II, his wife and children follow the same path, helped and protected by Great-heart, until for them, too, "the trumpets sound on the other side."

Any additional comments?
This book is definitely Spirit lead, characterizing all of the forces we face each and every day as persons and with their own dialogue. You have to appreciate the Old English, and in a short while you adjust to it and come to admire the way it flows. The performance is one of the best I've heard (David Shaw-Parker). Both book and performance are at that top level quality that is just not possible of every book. Thank you Jesus for it.
Success!
