Wait I like Tucker?
Revisado: 02-11-25
So I’m gonna be honest here. Politically I pretty far left. Like I used to be in a communist international organization far left. Any way I never paid much attention to Tucker on Fox. I heard a few sound bites saw some clips that was good enough for me to decide he was just another bourgeois mouth piece spouting reactionary garbage.
But on the advice of a friend I listened to his podcast with Oliver Stone. I was stunned to find myself not just actually enjoying it, but agreeing with a lot of what Tucker was saying and he was agreeing with Stone, and I felt he was being completely fair as a journalist.
Now I don’t agree with everything he or his guests say. For example it’s obvious he doesn’t have all the details of what happened with BLM, most people don’t. He doesn’t have a full grasp of the US role in world history, again most people don’t. He seems to believe transgender people are making a choice not suffering from a neurological birth defect which is what science suggests. I kinda don’t like that position.
However he has opened my eyes to some things I have missed as well. I’ll admit I thought USAID was just a humanitarian aid program. I was fascinated by his latest episode and actually a little downhearted to learn everything I fact checked seems to be true. I’m hearing a lot of perspectives I could have never imagined as well. I have my beliefs but I think it’s also important to understand the beliefs and motivations of those I both agree and disagree with. You can’t have a political dialogue without that.
After listening to a dozen episodes now I do believe Tucker is a fair journalist with his podcast, I do believe he’s honest if not always right he believes his facts and he’s open to new information. I like that he’s open to putting on almost any perspective. I truly enjoy the podcast and more over I have come to believe listening to him, despite whatever disagreements we have politically, Tucker Carlson seems like a genuinely good man who means well. From the picture painted of him by liberals on social media I never would have believed I’d say that.

Historia
The second novel set in the Old Republic era and based on the massively multiplayer online game Star Wars: The Old Republic ramps up the action and brings listeners face-to-face for the first time with a Sith warrior to rival the most sinister of the Order’s Dark Lords: Darth Malgus, the mysterious, masked Sith of the wildly popular “Deceived” and “Hope” game trailers. Malgus brought down the Jedi Temple on Coruscant in a brutal assault that shocked the galaxy....

Great story
Revisado: 12-31-22
My only complaint about the new republic books is they pick up on eachother they’re all great stories but particularly with this one they seem short. I’m sure that relates to the Kotor games playing in but tbh I’d love another book ok Darth Malthus and his personal crusade. Even with the epilogue it feels like Your left with the more to finish
