If Peter Parker were an anti-villain wizard

We’ve all heard of anti-heroes, but anti-villain? C.T. Phipps has written the first book that I’ve read where the protagonist is an anti-villain, and I love it.
The story is well thought out and sets up a full universe that I can’t wait to dive into.
The main protagonist is likable even if he tries his best to be a bad guy.
So many movie references make me feel right at home, being the huge movie buff I am. Speaking of, this would be an awesome movie or series!
Can’t wait for the next one! I hear it has zombies Vs superheroes. What!?

Clerks meets Blade!

Funny, fast paced story with a narrator that nails the sass. I found myself giggling at the back and forth dialogue. One of the characters could have been replaced with Russel from Clerks, and vice versa. Great world building with pristine comedic timing. If you need a good laugh, give this one a chance!

First, i can't rave about Luke Daniels enough. I loved him in The Iron Druid Chronicles and in the Preternatural Chronicles, he brings his outstanding talent to the pages of a fun series.
John is hilarious! The take on vampires is completely different than what we're accustomed to. I can totally see this being a Netflix series someday!
The story is action-packed and there's never a lull in the story as John tries to use his powers for good. Too bad he SUCKS at being a good guy! Ha, see what i did there? Pun...
