Hitendra Wadhwa is the most inspiring Professor I have personally ever met. His work at Columbia and the Mentora Institute are insightful and inspiring. This book is a wonderfully presented and well thought out of the many leadership principles we see in so many business or leader ship books. But the habit of perspective, of looking inward for outer impact is a unique and fresh view. And it Hitendra weaves a beautiful narrative to not only shows a better path towards leadership but, more importantly, a better path to a better life. This may seem grandiose, and some may take the topic of religiosity or spirituality as preachy. But do not judge the book for heading in a spiritual direction. Even if you don’t believe we are spiritual creatures, it is worth hearing the way Hitendra talks about his own journey, and the journey of so many important historical figures, is masterful. I highly recommend.
