Historia
Viva Durant, New Orleans’ youngest detective, is on a quest to solve a jazzy mystery. Every summer, Viva heads to New Orleans to spend time with her loving but stern Grandmother, known as Gram. After Gram reads Viva an article in the local paper about a missing treasure related to the world-famous song, “Miss Mary Mack”, Viva heads through the Crescent City on an epic adventure to track down the treasure. The clues lead Viva to the French Quarter, a jazz club, a creepy cemetery, and even the circus.

Delightful!
Revisado: 11-17-19
At 63 years old, you might think that this book would be too young for me, but you'd be wrong. It is wonderfully written and performed and it scenes of New Orleans are spot on. Except of course the authors calling the Street Car a trolley. never call the Street Car a trolley in the presence of a native of New Orleans. You will be roundly ridiculed and corrected in no uncertain terms. Highly recommend this book!

Space Opera at it's finest.
Revisado: 07-11-16
Exotic locations, deep characters, intelligent story arc, thought provoking morality. Admttedly I had to listen twice in close succession in order to absorb the finer details, it's that rich in content. Hamilton's mind is thing of wonder. Not for novices to the Sci-Fi genre, but you veterans will love it.
