Being a teenager was extremely tough and I have to say parents do not always understand exactly what you are feeling and how to deal with it. This book will help a teenager learn about themself and handle this challenging time. The book has anecdotes, worked examples, and interactive aspects so it goes into incredible detail and lengths to make sure the reader comes away confident with how to handle a huge variety of situations and emotions. highly recommended for parents with teenagers.

Doing nothing and appreciating recovery time is a problem too often brushed over nowadays. I had a heavy burnout recently after working insane hours at my job and even on the weekend being tied into that mindset. this affected my work and relationships and I never want it to happen again. Listening to this book has helped get me into a new mindset, I now take self-care very seriously and understand what is truly important to me as my family. make sure you change your mindset by listening to this book before you burnout
