Historia
Colin is a druid on a mission. Namely, traveling to an alternate dimension where technology rules, to snag the tech he needs to save his friends in the Hellpocalypse timeline. At first, it sounds simple. He’ll slip through the timestreams, do a little sightseeing, and go home. Heck, it might even be fun to visit a world where actual superheroes exist. But for creation’s unluckiest druid, nothing is ever easy. When things go horribly wrong, Colin finds that his magic is almost completely on the fritz.

Simply Magnificent
Revisado: 04-09-23
As a huge Celtaphile, it's no easy reason to believe that I may have an unbiased view on this work... HOWEVER... I tend to be more than criticool on any book surrounding my ancestors, Be it fiction or attempted historical. Be it high fantasy or grounded, such as this piece. If I could use emojis, I would just be putting rows of clapping hands as my review. Storyline and characterization of each individual is masterfully done in such a short volume of work thus far. The voice acting is absolutely perfect, and much of the chicanery of my ancestral druids seem to be flowing quite well in the author's portrayal. I'm EAGERLY awaiting the next!

Historia

Bound by debt, oath, and love, Adam blazes his own trail into the underworld to get Vicente back, and to end the threat of the warlock once and for all. But the road to hell is paved with far more than good intentions.

The entire concept from setting to plot is very well crafted and very Relatible to people who have suffered abuse from family members and lived in low income settings. The struggle to get from Underneath that shadow and the divergent paths that people take. Bravo on the whole trilogy.

Disappointing in its writing.
Revisado: 01-20-23
Certainly for such an important Setting, the depth and story line behind jeddah could have been much more enriched and just more than some symbol. But what was truly frustrating was the insistence on no narration of what was going on during combat or fight scene. The listener was just left to react 2 after statements to try and Understand what was going on in the action sequences. It was really poorly handled. It was a bad bargain. It left nothing too become memorable. At least in a well described action sequence certain things can stick in the mind. This was just bad and Can be completely skipped in terms of Sequence of events or meaning With regards to the Star Wars mythos.

Revisado: 05-12-22
Worthy. Simply worthy. Despite other disparaging remarks by other reviews, they do not fit, for this book NEVER toutes to be the end all be all of Celtic knowledge. An excellent work but definitely NOT a stopping place for any serious practitioner. All arts eventually become our own and a manifestation of our physical and spiritual natures. There is no one way but this is a mighty good one to start with.
