I love Jonah!

When Jonah, the new food truck on the scene, stumbles into Van’s territory, seeming to rely on his celeb status as a member of a band to get customers, Van loses his cool. Van is less than nice to the new-comer at first but the two of them come to an understanding and then Jonah has to ask for Van’s help when the food bank kitchen is out of order on Thanksgiving.
Jonah and Van are cute together and the demi rep and anxiety rep are done very well. I loved how they bonded through their love of food. I quite often was listening to this story while making my own food and wishing I was having what they were having, it sounded so delicious. Maybe we should get a cookbook next. Hint hint.
I haven’t gotten to read the other stories in the series yet so for me they weren’t cameos from other books, but interesting side characters that had me wondering what happened to get some of them together. And now that I’ve read another story linked to characters in this series (Cold Nights and Cryptids) I’m even more interested in finding out how this all began!

A bratty elf and a very kinky Santa! How fun!

The audio of this book is simply amazing. There's so much emotion in the narrator's voice in the love scenes and everything else. And hearing the parrot was even more amusing than just reading the words. I loved it!
A bratty elf and a very kinky Santa. I've been wondering if Barney would find his dream daddy ever since we saw him in his friend Kasper's book. I was so glad to see his name on this one. Barney and Magnus have sizzling chemistry right from the start that only gets hotter and hotter every time they hook up. They get up to some seriously sexy good times over the course of the Christmas holiday but they also begin to connect outside the bedroom. Watching these two discover if they could be more than a sexy fling was truly wonderful. I can't wait to see who gets their dream daddy next!

A sweet and touching binge listen!

Another binge read for me and the audio is a binge listen, for sure! That doesn't happen often these days, but several of this author's books have been on that list. This book is another fantastic addition to the Cuffd app stories seen in the multi-author series Destination Daddies and also Naughty or Nice. Jude, the best friend of one of the main characters from Naughty or Nice Season 2's book His Boy to Cherish, gets his own sweet and sometimes bratty boy in this wonderfully sweet and touching, often emotional, story. Jude and Kasper's journey is about finding yourself, being open to new experiences, being vulnerable but also incredibly strong, as well as learning to accept help and be your true self. I devoured it in about a day and a half and I am eagerly awaiting the next installment. I'm hoping Kasper's best friend gets his Daddy next!
I previously read the ebook of this story and the original review is above this one. The audio is done beautifully. The narrator does a wonderful job of making this story even more vibrant and real. You can hear the varying personalities in the narrator's voice so clearly. Hearing the characters speak and tell their stories added layers of emotions to this already brilliant book. It was wonderful to revisit Jude and Kasper in an all-new way. I just love them!

Adrian is my best friend. We live together, hang out, and he’s the best cake taste tester I could want. Hugs are the norm, along with cuddles while watching horror films. I need someone to protect me during the scary bits, so why not Adrian? He’s almost a foot taller than me, so he makes a good armchair too. Life is exactly the way I like it until Adrian’s sister drops a bombshell that leaves me questioning everything I think I know about myself and my straight best friend. Can one kiss change everything? I’m about to find out.

A sugary sweet friends to lovers story

One of my favorite things to do, lately, is to find the audio version of a book I’ve already read and listen to it. You get to experience it all over again but in a different way. I read this novella a few months back and absolutely loved it so I was overjoyed to find out it had an audio version. Listening to the characters is a completely different experience from imagining their voices as you read. The narrator does an amazing job of bringing these characters to life. I absolutely adore Fitz and Adrian and I love them even more now that I have voices to put with them.
It’s heartwarming to witness them figuring out what everyone else already seemed to know: they’ve always been something more than friends. Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes and these two men are the perfect embodiment of it. They’re so sweet together. All the cake and cupcakes Fitz made over the years probably helped with that! This novella was a joy to read and this audio version was wonderful to listen to. I will definitely be re-visiting Fitz and Adrian’s beautiful story in the future.

A beautiful story where longtime friends become lovers and no one is surprised except the new couple. Fitz and Adrian have been not just friends but best friends for the past 20 years. They even live together in the same flat, have meals together, a snuggle on the couch watching tv. They’re very touchy-feely for two men who think they’re straight and have no interest in one another beyond the bonds of friendship. Then one day, everything changes and they can never go back to how things were between them.
This is one of the sweetest friends-to-lovers stories I’ve ever read. I absolutely love these characters and their chemistry is amazing, even when they’re “just friends.” It’s also very sexy and romantic. A joy to read, I couldn’t stop smiling.

An emotional, sexy, Sensual thrill!

This was amazing! A sexy, sensual thrill and a cozy holiday love story in one. I’m not a big audiobook person but this book and some of the others I’ve listened to lately in the YA genre have given me a new appreciation for them. I’ve had the pleasure of reading this story in ebook format (original review to follow this paragraph) and I have to say this audiobook really brings the whole story to life! I was nervous listening to an adult romance. I’ve avoided it all this time and I thought listening to a sexy book that I know the story for already would be a good way to get into the MM audiobook genre. I rarely listen to ebooks anyway but lately I have been listening to books instead of reading them a second time through. It’s a whole new exciting experience I’ve been denying myself! This one really delivers. I love the narrator’s voice, his many voices and the emotion he puts into every line. I think he captured the moods and personalities perfectly. I loved this story in written form but I think I love it even more now in audio.

Wow, what a sexy, sensual thrill this book was to read! As well as a cozy holiday love story. I loved all of the characters and their chemistry is believable and heartwarming. The bond between the two boys, Rett and Zeke, is beautiful. You can feel their desperation to hold on to what they have, even though it feels doomed at the same time since they can’t completely fulfill each other as they are. It’s a heartbreaking situation they’ve found themselves in. Right from the beginning, with that letter to Santa, I found myself invested in their happiness.
I’m no stranger to polyamory and throuples, nor the Daddy/boy dynamic, but I believe this is my first experience reading age-play. I have to say, I was incredibly nervous going in but I was pleasantly surprised. I knew about “littles” but I had never heard of “middles.” Their age-play added a whole different layer to their relationships with one another, further deepening them, in my opinion. Reading this book has eased my fears and apprehensions, opening up a whole new world for me. I’m looking forward to whatever amazing stories one of my favorite authors cooks up next!
