I have meditated years ago and somehow fell out of the habit. I am wanting to encourage my wife to meditate and I wanted to renew my habit. This book is very well done and concise. It can be read very quickly to get a general idea about meditation and how simple it really is. This author keeps it pithy. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in meditating. I was provided a free copy of this audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
