Liked the calm tone and fair assessment of controversial subjects. Vivek is fearless in speaking out as he sees the truth. He does not shy away from potential critics and political opponents . In the end he holds up our Constitution as our best basis to stand on! Bravo!

Agony of deep spiritual struggle

Story is excellent and narration compelling. Plot is spellbinding! The church and its leaders are imperfect men perhaps worthy in their honesty before God and their desire to serve Him. So God speaks to His beloved children in ways beyond comprehension.

Courage and vulnerability of Cassidy

Author’s honesty comes thru in her narrative and life history. Much suffering and rejection shapes Cassidy’s character and finally her courage to speak what she believed. Her conclusions about Trump are from her observations and her belief that the 2020 was fair. Trump was explosive and angry in the days before the Jan. 6 “insurrection”. Perhaps immature but human. If the 2020 is finally shown to have been stolen, Cassidy is not wrong in her observations but simply in her judgment that Trump should not have fought thus to overturn what he thought was stolen.

Exciting, fast paced and adroitly crafted story

Liked the development of Resnick’s character and introduction to his family and back story. Also liked Martha Meyerstein and how her citrus fragrance preceded her. I hope that she would get together with John in future episodes. She seems a marvelous woman, who can both stand with and support John!

Heartfelt emotion in assassins

The faithful love of John Resnick and the enduring hope in Lauren, his daughter. Elizabeth was a bit stiff and not totally convincing in her feelings and decision. The Hans Mueller part of the story seemed patched in. Was his capture ever able to mitigate the damage to the intelligence service he betrayed. Travelled is a god-like figure who fully knows anything at anytime and available whenever Resnik needs an answer. Wow! But good story otherwise.

A terrible future scenario

Liked the creation of the greyhound bots and the hexadrones. The incarceration of Lancer without rescue seemed a bit stretched. Also found it unconvincing how Travers operation just fizzled out.

Wonderful Historical fiction. A Must Read!

Story is very well written and based on a lot of research. Kudos to the author. Narration in the first person is effective and engaging. Portrayals of favorite Bible heroes like David and Solomon is honest and likely true even if not necessarily complimentary. But it is Important to remember this book is written from the voice of Ahoti and her sufferings shaped her life and her autobiography. Being a Bible reader, I still learned much of the story from other sources that enabled me to understand Tamar’s world.
Most of all the book was very enjoyable and a real page turner. Very highly recommended!

Everything was about power and its expression thru sexual dominance. Pretty sickening. Narration was whining and self aggrandizing. Terrible!
