Charles Capps is absolutely fantastic when it comes to explaining the Word. He makes everything completely understandable & easy to apply to your life. Take notes as you listen - I do it on my 2nd time through. Once you take notes & apply the principles - that are based on scripture - there's no way that your life won't change 100% for the better!

I've read most of Radleigh's books & this one is absolutely fantastic! I love how he has brought each of these practices together in a beautiful, loving & non-judgmental way. He has such a warmth about the way he teaches that transcends belief systems, so that everyone can feel comfortable & acknowledged. I can't get enough of his books - he is the most thoughtful & loving author there is!

I had been referred to this book by several people due to experiencing several forms of trauma myself. After listening to 3/4 of it, I finally gave up as it focuses on veterans & childhood sexual abuse. Both of these are important & need help - but not everyone is a victim of sexual abuse & that was the primary thing the author focused on. There were some good points in the book, but there are many other types of trauma that really need help, too.
