this book has come to me at exactly the right time.. overwhelmed, with too much to do, concerns about my reliance on all things digital. and needing some mentorship to change. I wish I had book this 20 years ago but today is a good day.

James perfectly articulates my own feelings and thoughts in this audiobook. I am always so glad to hear that James has certainty where I have certainty, and ambivalence where I have ambivalence. This book is a real treat - all James - no ads, no traffic reports or PM questions just pure James. Can't wait for its sequel.

Actually I was undecided about buying this audiobook. My friend had just finished reading the hardback and recommended it . So to help me make up my mind I looked at the posted reviews and saw the author was anti Trump and that made my mind up! I immediately purchased and listened to the audiobook and I'm pleased I did. It is part personal story - part anecdotes part advice - I found it an easy listen and in the end it me look at life in a different way - I thoroughly enjoyed it and have just purchased the author's previous book which I look forward to reading next week.

What did you love best about The Chimp Paradox?

Written by the chap credited with helping the UK cycling team win tens of medals over the last eight years. There is something for everybody who listens..Really solid tips and techniques to manage one's demons.. Or chimps! Great advice on my personal challenge of distraction and people pleasing... And, while I listened, I thought great advice for my friend with anxiety, my other friend with depression and my friend struggling with addiction. And even an explanation and tips on managing road rage and other outbursts of fury...Want to buy copies for all I know, and I don't remember ever saying that before

It easy to understand yet is not superficial. I found the audio book moving and funny while being highly enlightening.

This is one of the most satisfying children's fantasy books I've read and listened to I can remember. The characters are vivid and the mythology is clear and believable. As the first book in a series, I can hardly wait for the following instalments to the story! This is a series to keep your eye on. The audible version is
read incredibly well and kept us up all night listening.
