Historia
In Such a Pretty Fat, Jen Lancaster learned how to come to terms with her body. In My Fair Lazy, she expanded her mind. Now, the New York Times best-selling author gives herself - and her generation - a kick in the X, by facing her greatest challenge to date: acting her age. Jen is finally ready to put away childish things (except her Barbie Styling Head, of course) and embrace the investment-making, mortgage-carrying, life insurance-having adult she's become.

Would you listen to Jeneration X again? Why?
Absolutely. Jen is hilarious and her view of life is so much fun!
What did you like best about this story?
I love that Jen is talking about learning to grow up. It's the same place I find myself in life at the moment.
What does Jen Lancaster bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Her emphasis and sarcasm really drive home her true feelings about the events of the books. You don't get that from reading it on your own.

Historia
Annajane Hudgens truly believes she is over her ex-husband, Mason Bayless. They've been divorced for four years, she's engaged to a terrific new guy, and she's ready to leave the small town where she and Mason had so much history. She is so over Mason that she has absolutely no problem attending his wedding to the beautiful, intelligent, delightful Celia. But when fate intervenes and the wedding is called to a halt as the bride is literally walking down the aisle, Annajane begins to realize that maybe she's been given a second chance.

Has the narrator ever heard a southern accent?
Revisado: 07-12-12
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Yes, Mary Kay Andrews does a good job writing light hearted rom com novels based in the south.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The mystery aspect was good. The relationship aspect to this book was weaker than Mary Kay's others.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Kathleen McInerney?
No. Her male southern accents are so bad it made it hard for me to listen with out rolling my eyes and wishing I could fast forward.
Do you think Spring Fever needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Not sure.
