Historia
Mere Christianity is C.S. Lewis' forceful and accessible doctrine of Christian belief. First heard as informal radio broadcasts and then published as three separate books, The Case for Christianity, Christian Behavior, and Beyond Personality, Mere Christianity brings together what Lewis sees as the fundamental truths of the religion.

Dogma

CS Lewis certainly believes what he says. He makes a very strong case for religion and traditional Christianity and will help those who are on the fence justify their belief. However, for me, more cynical and skeptical of traditional religion, he just reinforces that cynicism. Who's to say his perspective is correct? Still, it made me think.

Analytical and Fresh
Revisado: 02-11-07
I purchased this after reading his recently released "The Divine Matrix" and found that the key concepts in the book are covered here. He says little that is new in the spiritual world but uses his own terms and new descriptions. For anyone who struggles at all with religious overtones in the works of other authors, this will be a refreshing change.
