Bloody good!

Jordan always writes a story that contains imaginative and clever thinking in the plot and her characters. There is also great thought put into choosing the narrator which comes through in the telling of the story: I can laugh at the jokes, feel the grit underneath my fingernails and appreciate the frustration towards the powerful stupid people.I buy all her books and listen again and again. This is rare for me in a genre so oversupplied with crap.

A fun adventure well read

I’ve already given this story a second listen and will no doubt give it a third. An interesting and funny story. The narrator did a great job. I hope they both are interested in making the next instalment into audio.

Another mm story that puts women down

I fail to understand why so many mm romances need to insult women as part of the process of telling a story. Constant use of words that are insults to women, so often from female authors, are helping to keep misogyny alive and well. Shame, shame, shame. I’ll be returning this book and avoiding the author and the narrators for being a part of it.

What a fun, ribald story. Kept my interest the whole way with the continual quirk and sass. The narrator suits the characters in this story, whereas I often find him irritating ( mm narration needs more voices please). If you like T J Klune, you will probably enjoy this.

Lazy and cheap

The positive reviews must be paid or were completed at a click farm as this was horrible. The story could be great but reduced to fluff and the narrator remained in the missionary position whilst dreaming of a ... d grade movie. I’ve had my money refunded.

Jordan has done it again. A clever weaving of loved characters and interesting story with very witty dialogue. Gomez has kept up an amazing performance with bang-on voices. Thoroughly enjoyable.

no and now after this, no (for greg boudreaux and greg tremblay) because why did he agree to read for this rubbish?

If you like m/m fiction and want clever smut, try James Lear. If you want intelligent, possibly genius paranormal, try Jordan Castillo-Price and if you would like a great performer of this genre, try Gomez Pugh, but for the love of it all, bin this.
