My favorite childhood series, still holds up to time!!

This was one of my favorite series as a kid, and as I revisit it, it holds up as smart, humorous, and just as wonderful as I remember it being. I wish HBO would take it up and do as good a job with it as a series as they did with His Dark Materials, because all of the themes of the series are still so pointiest, if not more so, and could be really amazing as a contemporary series.
