This is a wonderful introduction to the Mediterranean Diet. The first few chapters explain the philosophy and details behind the diet and are easy to listen. Then the second half of the book are recipes—and the recipes are amazing! I finished the book and couldn’t wait to start trying several of the recipes. I can’t say enough about how useful this book is—I highly recommend it.
