I am a fan of Robert Spencer's work. Sadly we do not have many Western scholars willing to take this on and I'm hoping that changes in the future.

Too much going on

This book was boring. The narration was great but the story itself left a lot to be desired. There were too many characters and I kept getting confused on who was who and who was dating who and who was a sibling to who. It also seemed pointless, like it didn't have a plot. I was disappointed with the storyline.

I'm sad that this is the last book

But it was a beautiful ending to the series and seeing everyone grow and finally reach some balance. Loved Jonah. And I was beyond glad to see a happy ending for Magni. This series was unique and entertaining. Elin Peer is a favorite of mine.

OMG Magni....

I know this book is about Raven and Leo but Magni isn't someone introduced later in the book. He's been around from the beginning and I was devastated about what happened. I almost cried real tears. This series has been beyond anything I've ever read. It's unique and refreshing and I'm so sad I only have one book left. Elin Peer is now at the top of my list of authors.

One of the best books I've ever read

I'm almost speechless. You think you know what's going on then a twist you never saw coming. I'm a huge fan of Brian Freeman and this book reminded me why. He keeps you guessing. The narrator was so good I would have thought there was an actual 10 year old boy narrating Perdue.

I literally enjoy each and every book in this series and I'm getting somewhat sad as I get through and realize it's coming to an end.

This book did not end how I expected. I really enjoyed it and I actually feel like the length was perfect. It was succinct and not dragged out with irrelevant details.

Fabulous narration

I enjoyed the book but I can't say I loved either character. I would advise women to avoid men like Brett in real life. And Jesse's timid and insecure ways struck me as immature at times. It was annoying.

I love everything about this series

It's not just sappy romance. The plot and characters are all unique and interesting. I also like the narrators. So many book series lose my interest because they all start to sound alike but even with the ongoing storyline in this series I am not bored at all.
