I was recommended this book by a friend at work. I finally found time to get to it and now I am upset at myself for waiting. The message of this book is critical now more than ever. The stories from authors are amazing but how they took the story and lessons learned and applied them to the business world is amazing! Well done sirs.

Doyle and Vance: Perfect Combination

I have always been a fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle all my life having ready many of his stories. This complete compilation was a treat for me to gorge on over a long time in between other books. But it is not only the great stories from Doyle, Simon Vance has brought this performance home. As usual, Simon draws me further into the stories and allowing me to see them in my mind's eye. Well done!

Great short story!

John Scalzi has a wonderful voice. I have enjoyed his stories and this is another that I sat through end to end. On top of that, Zachary Quinto had a great performance of the story to add to it.

Nice listen in the background

While this is not up against major works of literature, I fee this story builds a better arc through this book than prior Grey Man books. They were action to action to action. This book focused a bit on the man and the reasons for his action, giving us a deeper understanding.

Crichton has a classic tale

What can be said about The Andromeda strain? It was a classic when it was published and continues to be to this day. One of my favorite charter actors, David Morse, has an excellent read of this gripping story.

Just a great story!

I originally caught up with Felicia with Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog. Once finding her there, it led me to The Guild. She has been someone I was excited for to see her success. When I saw this, I was curious. After listening to it, I want to get this for my niece so she can see that she can do what she wants. Thank you for sharing your story so far Felicia.

Good thriller. Flat performance

I may be too used to Scott Brick, Lou Diamond-Phillips or the like but this story could have had a much better performance.

Weak story, strong read

I have enjoyed the Jack Ryan, Jr. stories for a while now. I think I finally realized why I like them. It wasn't just Jack Jr. I liked about them. It was the whole Campus team that I enjoyed. Frankly, I have loved Ding and Clark since Clear and Present Danger.

Now, even with a weak story, the reading kept me going. Scott Brick knows how to read this genre. He makes them enjoyable.

Love the performance, light story

I know that performances required editing of the material but some narration would have been helpful. The cast did wonderfully present the story. A bit more sound effects could have added just a bit more to it, but it was pretty good.

Good conclusion to the series

A good conclusion to the series. Excellent read by R.C. Bray yet again. He continues to amaze me with his way of getting you wrapped up in the story.
