I can't stay hard because I haven't mastered it yet but I'm certainly getting there. Had to pause while I go Google A-fib techniques. Adam and David are like Montana and Rice or peanut butter and jelly - you guys make the greatest team. Another great book is "The mountain is you" if they can somehow bring Brianna Wiest in on the next one it would be a book that will never be topped - Goggins stories and knowledge of the human mind combined with Brianna's knowledge of the human mind. That book would be in more homes than the bible.

I found it odd that Bob Markham had a buddy run her name in the next day and FBI agent gotta hold of him to say he was investigating her disappearance.. Why wouldn't the FBI agent call her dad during the investigation of her disappearance?

If I was starving, homeless, dehydrated and only had $10 - I'd buy a pack of cigarettes. I was a hopeless case but listened to it anyway. Just as I suspected, after the last chapter I lit up again, and then the next, and then the next 5. AND THEN - about a week later the information sunk in and I threw my pack out the window. I am absolutely stunned. I'm not sure it was supposed to have that result on me but it got the job done. I understand everything when I listened and it made sense, it just didn't stop me........until it did - out of the blue it just clicked....THANK YOU FOR THIS BOOK.
