What disappointed you about Addicted to You?

wow... this is the first time i have ever wished the characters in romance novel would just split up and the book would end. The characters are awful! I neither related to nor liked the characters ....the female lead is actually disgusting and horrible. Don't waste a credit.

What disappointed you about Sing Your Heart Out?

There is no story line....just sex....the heroine is just unlikable and stupid...and apparently stuck in the 90s? no 20-something still uses "cool" and "whatever" and "in your dreams"..i am okay with sex...even when it borders on gratuitous ....but geez....can we have 3 sentences strung together at some point in the book? but wait, once there is more than 1 line of dialogue, i find myself rolling my eyes at everything she says or thinks....i found myself putting off listening....so i am giving up with a few chapters left.

no...but i will be more likely to check reviews to assure there is a story line

omg....terrible!!! she sounds way too old for this supposed 20-something college student virgin

I love this series. This was even better since it had 2 stories in one! If you liked the others then Numbers is a must listen.

Bad. Just awful!

I rarely give up on a book or find myself not listening. And that goes double for Stephen King books!!! He should stick to writing. He has an awful nasal quality to his voice and has added strange noises and sound effects to this. Not to mention the book is just plain boring!!!! Don't waste a credit.

I love the cliche stories of the virginal good girl and the sexy asshole biker!! I also like that there is a somewhat exciting yet sad backstory. Plus the author provides a nice build up with the chase and conflicting feelings instead of having the characters jump into bed within the first 2 chapters.

In love...with this series!

I listen to tons of romance novels but this has to be one of my favorite series. The author creates such great characters and manages to bring characters from other books in the series into each new book but without that forced update sense you sometimes get in other series. So far, I have not had one 'that-was-too-sappy-even-for-a-romance-novel' cringe/gag moment!

Romance with an actual story!

So far this series always has more of a backstory and some excitement going on (not just romantically). Also, the author doesn't waste a lot of time reintroducing you to characters you already know if you are reading the series. Three in the series down and planning on reading all.

What disappointed you about Darkness Dawns?

okay okay, I know....we should eat organic, drive a prius, and not use deodorant..but come on! This was supposed to be a romance and entertaining. The focus on this whole vegan, goat cheese, crap, made the characters seem unlikable, unrelatable, and borderline, intolerable. My husband drives a Prius...I want my sexy, hero to drive a Harley, or at least a muscle car! This will be the first series I have started and have no intention of finishing.

What could Dianne Duvall have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

leave out her vegan, tree hugging, opinions

match the accents to what was described

not really...i got it through one of the audible sales, so at least I didn't waste much money on it
