Historia
Henry "Monty" Montague doesn't care that his roguish passions are far from suitable for the gentleman he was born to be. But as Monty embarks on his grand tour of Europe, his quests for pleasure and vice are in danger of coming to an end. Not only does his father expect him to take over the family's estate upon his return, but Monty is also nursing an impossible crush on his best friend and traveling companion, Percy.

Charming
Revisado: 08-07-18
“We're not courting trouble," I say. "Flirting with it, at most.”
This one has a bit of everything. Highwaymen. Balls at Versailles. Pirates. The narration is perfect with the ironic edge to the story calls for. Monty is by no stretch of the imagination a likable character he does have some redeeming traits mainly his humor. The supporting characters are terrific especially his kick ass sister, Felicity. This is not a book that takes itself too seriously.

This one is Fun!
Revisado: 08-07-18
This book is smart, sassy and very funny. Lanie is our witty, adorably snarky and sweet heroine. Richard is our equally witty, snarky and not at all sweet leading man. Okay, so the man is a grouch and a curmudgeon but Lanie is up to the challenge. If you want something lighthearted and fun this is your book.
