Historia
Jax and the crew of the Lightning Runner have narrowly escaped Sinclair and her DSA fleet, but their troubles are far from over. The flight from Iydra Station has depleted their antimatter reserves. I enjoy M. D. Coopers books, so much action and technology need lingo. It’s right in my wheelhouse. The reader/actors Improved a lot from the first part of the series and hopefully I will get to hear them in the next space epic by MDC.

The start of a great space adventure
Revisado: 06-17-24
The characters on the heroes journey are likable, humorous and deadly. The author kept things moving and didn’t get into the weeds, leaving more for the reader to imagine. I will definitely read the rest of the series.

Historia
All good things must come to an end, Constant Listener, and not even Stephen King can write a story that goes on forever. The tale of Roland Deschain's relentless quest for the Dark Tower has, the author fears, sorely tried the patience of those who have followed it from its earliest chapters. But attend to it a while longer, if it pleases you, for this volume is the last, and often the last things are best.

Colorful western style mix with the modern science fiction and fantasy.
Revisado: 05-03-24
Man Steven King threw in the kitchen sink and kicked it in the ass on the way out. An epic tale indeed. The audio was well read and expressed the depth of emotion yet with the dry delivery of Roland I had come to expect. Very entertaining and dramatic affect. Much better series than the movie depicted.

Historia
Years ago, the magnificent dragon queen Tintaglia forged a bargain with the inhabitants of the treacherous Rain Wilds. In exchange for her protection against enemy invaders, the humans promised to protect an unhatched brood of dragons. But when the dragons emerged as weak and misshapen hatchlings unable to fend for themselves, dragonkind seemed doomed to extinction. When even Tintaglia deserted the crippled young dragons, the Rain Wilders abandoned the burden of caring for the destructive and ravenous creatures.

The Final Book!?
Revisado: 09-20-23
A must read for fantasy fans the author has laid out a prolific series. I started with the Assassin’s, Fool’s , Ship’s, and finally the Dragon’s series. Robbin Hobbs tales have never disappointed this reader and either exception of one voice reader they all have been interesting listening as well.

More than 20 years ago, the first epic fantasy novel featuring FitzChivalry Farseer and his mysterious, often maddening friend the Fool struck like a bolt of brilliant lightning. Now New York Times best-selling author Robin Hobb brings to a momentous close the third trilogy featuring these beloved characters in a novel of unsurpassed artistry that is sure to endure as one of the great masterworks of the genre.

Robin Hobb this is an amazing journey you have taken us on
Revisado: 06-01-23
I have enjoyed the entire series of books about Fitz Chivalry Far-seer, it has been an epic tale of fantasy in a world I had not imagined before. The author made it exciting, emotional, frustrating and fun. It has been a pleasure to read and listen to. Looking forward to reading more about Bee’s journey. (and perhaps Fitz Nighteyes?) I recommend reading and listening to any who enjoy full emersion, such as LoR and GoT by different authors.

The harrowing adventures of FitzChivalry Farseer and his enigmatic friend, the Fool, continue in Robin Hobb's triumphant follow-up to Fool's Assassin. But Fool's Quest is more than just a sequel. With the artistry and imagination her fans have come to expect, Hobb builds masterfully on all that has gone before, revealing devastating secrets and shocking conspiracies that cast a dark shadow over the history of Fitz and his world - a shadow that now stretches to darken all future hope.

Detailed and personal account of Fitz life
Revisado: 05-24-23
When I read the first books First published by Robin Hobb , I was not a great fan the details of every action and visualizations were sometimes tedious, however as I continued the series I became quiet fond of the characters and the author’s descriptions of every detail and facet of the young assassins life. Now that he has his own young charges and hear his frustration with his “pups”, I feel as frustrated as his mentor Chad must of been. Though the character Fitz decisions can be at times frustrating I see now how he eventually catches up with me the reader in seeing what he must do. These cliffhangers at the end make want to read more and I will not be pleased if the author does not continue the series with some of the other characters in the years after. The voice actor has stepped up his game with this last book and only found the last books read mildly distracting as he seemed unfamiliar with previous reads of the series and mispronounced some names. Once I allowed distraction to pass I found myself in the story again. Well done.

Historia
FitzChivalry - royal bastard and former king’s assassin - has left his life of intrigue behind. As far as the rest of the world knows, FitzChivalry Farseer is dead and buried. Masquerading as Tom Badgerlock, Fitz is now married to his childhood sweetheart, Molly, and leading the quiet life of a country squire. Though Fitz is haunted by the disappearance of the Fool, who did so much to shape Fitz into the man he has become, such private hurts are put aside in the business of daily life, at least until the appearance of menacing, pale-skinned strangers casts a sinister shadow over Fitz’s past...and his future.

Deeply immersive series
Revisado: 05-16-23
I feel as if I made the journey with Fitz in his ever intriguing life story, I find the characters equally intriguing and all are sometimes frustrating, like real people. Robin Hobbs spins a deep descriptive tale of a boy to manhood first person experience . Fool’s Assassin took a different and delightful turn when she introduced Bee’s character as a teller in the same tale. I’m looking forward to the next in series.
