Unbelievably awesome story!!

Roy Duran has the sexiest voice ever!! He could read the phone book and make swoon. I liked Tara Langella’s voice too. She is a new narrator to me but she was very good. The story was so good and I didn’t realize that who Kayla and Aiden were( no spoilers here) towards the end of the story. If I could give this book 10 stars I would. Love, love, loved it!!!

Love the Arrowood Men!

I love Declan. My heart ached for him when Sydney was in the hospital and she was in a coma. When he was in the hospital chapel talking to his mother about how much he loved Sydney and begged his mother to help her wake up, l was teary eyed. Declan deserved to be happy after trying to keep the brothers together after his mother died and running interference between them and his abusive father. I love Andi Arndt and Sebastian York! They are the best narrators and love listening to them.

Great Series!

I just finished listening to the last of the Arrowood Brothers story. All of the narrators in the stories were excellent as usual. Vanessa Edwin was a new narrator to me and she was very good. Jacob and Brenna’s story was sweet. I did want to slap Brenna when she gave Jacob so much grief when he had to go LA to reshoot a scene in his movie. He was really was upset about going but she just wouldn’t listen to reason about how he was going to try and get back for the play. He was right up front with her right from the time they met. Luckily she realized she was being unfair and did try to get in touch with him before he left. I am sad that I have finished listening to all of the Arrowood’s stories, but I know that Corinne Michael’s will be writing more delicious books in the future for me to listen to.

West Ravenel is the best ever!!!

I have now listened all of the books about the Ravenels and I am sorry there aren’t any more but I reread them when I need a “fix”. I have to say that West is my favorite Ravenel. He is such a loving, kind, compassionate man. I loved how he apologized to Phoebe when he realized that he was the one who bullied her husband, Henry, in school and took his favorite book. He was so sweet and tender with her. He never poisoned her against Edward but gave her useful suggestions and advice on how to handle her estate. I loved how he was so nice, playful, and loving with her children. I loved how he was sweet with Kathleen,Helen, Pandora, and Cassandra in the other books. He was especially kind and caring with Dr. Garrett Gibson when was she was caring for Ethan Ransom in their story and when she was so exhausted from caring for Ethan,he put a mild sedative in her tea so that she could get some rest. He than watched over and cared for Ethan. He had a great sense of humor, too. He is definitely my new book boyfriend. I know I have said this in my other reviews, but I love listening to Mary Jane Wells narrate these historical stories. She does male and female voices from that time period excellently. She is the best!

Absolutely a great story and listen!!

I read books 1 and 2 of the Lost Kings on my kindle and really enjoyed them. Decided to try to listen to this one. Troy Duran and Noelle Bridges were new narrators to me and they were excellent. I love Troy’s deep voice and it was perfect for an MC president. Noelle’s voice was also perfect for a citizen who was new to the MC. I have been overdosing on MC books in the last several weeks and really love this series by Amber Jones Lake. Rock is so loving and treats Hope with such respect. The love that they have for each other is awesome. Will be definitely be listening to more of this series with Troy and Noelle.

Simply, a beautiful story.

I so enjoyed this story by Debbie Macomber. Like Annie, I fell in love with Keaton. I loved that he was so thoughtful, kind and gentle with Annie. He was also kind with Mellie and Preston. He loved Lennon, his dog, and was kind and gentle with the animals that he rescued. I also like Annie and she was such a loving and caring person. Sometimes I thought that she was too good to be true. I can’t imagine what it would be like to lose your whole family in such a devastating tragedy like the one that she experienced. I could picture the lovely little resort town of Oceanside. Debbie’s description of it was lovely. This was my first story with Karissa Vacker as the narrator and I liked listening to her. Her voice was very soothing and hope she does more narrations for Audible in the future.

A good listen.

I liked both of the main characters. Had a small issue with some grammar with the male character. For example, instead of saying the my kids room he said my kidses room and then instead of saying they were at her parents house he said they are at her parentses house. It sounded so bizarre when he said that. On the whole, I thought both Savannah and Stephen were very good. I liked the way Tori was so sweet with Ethan’s kids. She was wonderful with them especially since their own mother was such a witch and really didn’t want to spend any time with them. Ethan was sweet with Tori and treated her with respect. Wish he would have broken Jamie’s nose sooner and wished that Tori had slapped Jamie, His wife and Allison when the ganged up on her at Cody’s birthday party. She was awesome when her sister was in labor and helped deliver her niece. All in all I enjoyed listening to this book.

I really enjoyed listening to this wonderful story. Erin and Sebastian were awesome as Allie and Dom. Loved that Allie could hold her own when dealing with Alpha Dominic. Loved how he would text her every night to let her get to know him. The secondary characters were also very good.

Just ok.

In the beginning of the story and half way through, I thought both Frankie and Evan were annoying. Frankie kept asking Evan over and over again why he left her and that she really had needed him. Evan kept saying he was sorry that he left but he needed to leave for awhile. Both Andi Arendt and Zachary Webber were excellent but their characters were so annoying and their narrations just couldn’t do the story justice. I wanted to tell Frankie to just stop asking him over and over why he left and move on!!! Wanted to tell Evan to stop apologizing for leaving and move on! I don’t think this was one of A.L. Jackson’s best stories.

Love the Ravenels!!!

I love this series. I can’t stress enough how much I like Mary Janes Wells as a narrator.
She does an amazing job in doing all of the characters voices! I am so spoiled when I can listen to her, that other narrators that do historical romances just don’t measure up to her. I loved Cassandra and I especially loved Tom. He was so sweet to Cassandra and I liked that she could make him see some of his shortcomings without being mean or degrading. She was truly a lady. I loved how she was so nice to Basil and didn’t look her nose down at him and his background. I have enjoyed all of the books so far and look foreword to reading about West’s story.
