3x re-reading and always recommend
Revisado: 02-02-23
This is one of those books that has a good reference guide whenever you’re having issues in a relationship. I always feel like I’m doing much better going to the dating process but then something will happen and I wonder am I over thinking this or am I under thinking this. I need context. However every time I have a question and I come back to this book I always feel extremely informed and affirmed. Highly recommend not just for myself but for anybody else who has questions. I’ve also read about six of their books and they’re all equally just as informative.

Historia
Most organizations and individuals work in the context of annual goals and plans; a 12-month execution cycle. Instead, The 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. This book redefines your "year" to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn't enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now. In the end more of the important stuff gets done and the impact on results is profound.
