Historia
The Generosity Habit is built on a simple and profound principle: Give something away every day. It doesn't need to be money or material things. It could be complimenting a stranger, teaching someone how to do something, spreading a positive message, helping someone who is in a hurry, or simply smiling at someone generously. In fact, the philosophy behind the generosity habit rests on this singular truth: You don't need money or material possessions to live a life of staggering generosity.

A simple concept with profound possibilities.
Revisado: 12-22-23
Each chapter began with children, defining generosity with beautiful adjectives. The author shared simple ways to be generous with the world around us. At the end of that each chapter he would say, "Don't just be yourself, be your most generous self."
It gave me plenty of food for thought on many ways I can be more generous and how desperately the people around us need our generosity.
A great book in my estimation is one that makes me feel compelled to use its principles in my life.
I plan to take each chapter and utilize it. Not only that, I plan to share this book with others, and maybe even post about it on my socials.
I highly recommend this book to everyone. I can see that, perhaps sharing the principles here with our children could change the world!

Historia
Overthinking isn't a personality trait. It's the sneakiest form of fear. It steals time, creativity, and goals. It's the most expensive, least productive thing companies invest in without even knowing it. And it's an epidemic. When New York Times best-selling author Jon Acuff changed his life by transforming his overthinking, he wondered if other people might benefit from what he discovered. He commissioned a research study to ask 10,000 people if they struggle with overthinking too, and 99.5 percent said, "Yes!"

Actionable Stategies I Can Use Right Away!
Revisado: 12-31-22
This book was recommended on a podcast I listened to called Excel Still More and so I gave it a shot.
It did not disappoint! I found myself taking notes and laughing out loud several times at Jon’s sense of humor!
I have so many ideas and feel this bit of encouragement is just what I needed at this time in my life. Thank you!
