Found the explanations to the various stoic philosophers clear. It is good for those who are beginning to learn about stoicism. I will likely listen to it again.

Thoughtful and insightful; atypical life book
Revisado: 09-25-18
This is not the typical, superficially happy rule of life book.
It should be listened to with attention. There are numerous insightful questions, anecdotes and observations that will likely speak to some aspect of your life and/ or the life of a loved one. While not all may be applicable, the book provides a perspective.
At times, toward the middle, it ventured too far into allegories and I was unsure of where the book was going; however, when listened again, to with greater attention, it made sense.
Overall, a refreshingly well written book that comes together nicely at the end. I will listen to itagain
An antidote to chaos fits perfectly.
