Totally one of the best books ever that covers the complete truth of Manson, along with everything the family has done! So many murders they were responsible for! Not just the Tate/LaBianca murders, but for so many more poor souls! The author is a great one too, since it was the prosecutor Vincent boulliousie himself! Scott brick can do no better as always!

I was addicted to this listen, from beginning to end! one of my favorite sci-fi series as of now! They neeeed! to make the prequels a motion picture!!! if they did, it would blow GOT out the water

Better than star wars I'm a DUNEHEAD for life!

I love this!, and hope they will bring this into to new film pieces Denis villanueve is working with now, but I know it's not the original Frank Herbert, and it's way far from being even considered since it is wrote by others, but has Frank's ideas from what he wanted to do too, with the storyline of b-jihad. Brian Herbert his own son and apprentice turned master, along with the prestigious Kevin Anderson is like having Frank literally in spirit form there, that made them achieve this dream. Since Brian Herbert is on set with the director 24-7 working on the first half of this masterpiece, I would think after this movie's success ( I hope to God) and they move on to Messiah, and the other 3 books in which Denis villanueve was planning on directing after the possible box office achievement of making a successful movie, to go on with more, I can only hope , and pray to live long enough to see if he, or possibly another talented director, with another set of great actors to accomplish the prequel trilogy. I mean bbbb sake! the butlarian jihad alone would make a damn good sci fi drama with it's remarkable twists and turns, with complete unexpected emotional Sparks it has! This is a fine read, and I'm a true converted DUNEHEAD! I've read dune more than 3 times, read the house trilogy to catch up on the history of how these houses were all involved before the dune period . was fascinated with that prequel trilogy, then read the tales of dune to relax and get ready for very beginning of it all! From the butlarian jihad all the way to the last book from Frank Herberts point of view on dune with his readings on it here on audible! Thanks audible for making me happy, and giving me something to do while not at work dreading the slow office hours, they don't allow entertainment there just Pandora over the speaker, no phones allowed or any electronics. so I look forward to listen to my dune books whenever I get a chance. this gives me peace through my mornings and evenings before I go to bed. Thanks audible!

sensational and a real nail biter!

I loved this third, final part of the prequel to dune. Man, I absolutely pray that the new upcoming movie by David villanueve in 2020 will become a huge smash, and for once, Hollywood will finally get the picture, and get the this ball rolling for vanguard sci-fi fans like us, who have been waiting for this to happen since we grew out of our star trek, and star wars pajamas. To see these books we've cherished for so many years to finally come out in cinematic form. It would be nice to finally get to see the sequels of the DUNE saga hopefully come out after it's first "2 part movie" has been hopefully made a box office hit.Then these new sci-fi-fan kids will want more, like when LOTR, SW( the prequel era), and MARVEL/DC took they're virginity, and get converted to The dune universe to be born again fantasy sci-fiers, So WE ( us old schoolers who read all the Frank, and Brian Herbert/Anderson books) can FINALLY sit down with our canes and for once in our life, and on my life ( I'm that serious) get to see the Dune universe come to life in cinematic form in all of it's entireties from the first movie, then all of the Frank Herbert sequels, and finally followed by the house trilogy prequel to make it worth it's orgin in the cinema, and hopefully if it really becomes that big of a deal, and it has hit like LOTR/SW/MARVEL/DC status we get the thinking machine trilogy, followed by some cool possible tv series like the school trilogy or hunters trilogy, or cartoons for Paul of dune etc.. I'm a big dreamer but this would be a bucket list topper.

dynamic, sad, and so goddamned surreal!

most loved girl of the century, even a fictional character like her, can make anyone change their life, or try to make a better of themselves! she tried to hold on, but the lack of faith got the best of her, and the demon came in a form the least of her knowledge, which drove her to the ground. we all have a Laura Palmer inside of us, whether we are man, or woman, old or young. For all TP fans out there, she is like our own little secret friend, we keep, this is a great read, Jennifer Lynch is on her way to becoming a paramount author!

Tears, laughter, anxiety for the next chapter, unbearable exitment, and complete edge of your seat worthy appraisal! I am ecstatic about the new movie about the first book coming out as an actual two parter , which is quite required to all of us dune heads! Contemplations of other possible movies in this saga are being mentioned as well! If David Villanueve can pull it off, and it's a smash, then if he goes on with the following sequels, and they are all smashes, This should make one hell of a movie as a prequel saga kicker, or if the dune name is so big by then, it would make a great season for a prequel mini saga on cable! just so good! Damn good!

loved it! I wanna bang Paul's momma! also I thought the spice was really cool, how much for a gram? I wanna slam some spice and chill with Aeilia, so she she can make me laugh talking about the barons fat ass , and how she clipped him. love dune!
