Horrible Character Narration

The narrators narration is great. His character voices are horrible, each having the same falsetto voice. They are so bad it's irritatingly humorous. It ruins the immersion and therefore the story.

Great story, great general narration, horrible male character voices! This narrator needs voice training to pull off a male voice. I felt I was listening to a puppet show with the female puppeteer struggling unsuccessfully trying to get her voice low enough to sound male.

Hilariously crafted Deus ex Machina excellence!

A delight to listen to. The colorful characters and the twists and coincidences of the tale become the stories biggest charm. A laugh out loud, light hearted story that leaves you with a smile on your face.

Beautiful!

This short story recounts the events making up a portion of the ministry of Jesus Christ as seen through the eyes of a young boy. The story is beautifully done and appropriate for all ages, not just children.

No matter your religion, your beliefs on Christianity, or your opinions of spirituality, this book is a beautifully simple way to present some of the events contained in the New Testament in a generic and easily understandable way. While this was not inteded to be a exhaustive synopsis of the ministry, it serves as a clear example of the most important parts of what make up Christianity, its beliefs, and the personality and works of the Jesus of Nazareth.

The narration was well done and appropriate for this story.

This short book helps you identify your personal causes of clutter as well as step-by-step methods to reduce, organize, and maintain the things you would like to keep.

The narration is just fine for this kind of book, having enough energy to keep up interest while not being over the top.

Nice collection of One Pot Recipes!

I have enjoyed many short simple audiobooks by this author, Charlie Mason. The book is organized into chapters consisting solely of recipes broken into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. All the recipes are well done and presented in a way that one could easily use them at the store while shopping as well as meal preparation.

The narration of this book was well done and serves this short book well.

Excellent intro and lots of recipes!

As with all of this author's books, this serves as a great introduction to it's subject matter. The author includes a brief overview of gut health issues and symptoms in chapter 1, but its predominant usefulness is the inclusion of many recipes throughout the rest of the book. The recipe chapters cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. All the recipes are well done and consist of only ingredients that are in line with establishing and maintaining gut health.

The narration of this book was well done. The narrator delivers the material in a way that is a little over dramatized for my tastes, but it serves this short book well.

Narration so bad I had to return it!

This story could be great, but I'll never know. The narrator, Bronson Pinchot was so annoying in some of the vocal characterizations, I had to quit listening. Yes, it was that annoying! I have listened to the whole Extinction Cycle series, also by the same author and this narrator with no complaints whatsoever. But in this audiobook, he voices several characters with strong personalities and each one of them has this bizarrely peculiar way of speaking in which every sentence ends with the volume and pitch increasing like they are giving birth! It was so grating and out of place it ruined the suspension of disbelief and I was ripped out of the story.

For the life of me I can't figure out why the ratings on narration are so high. Those characters are a train wreck!
