Eye Opening!

I have an 8 year old daughter who was diagnosed with ADHD after she turned 7. As an educator I really felt that I had been doing things in her best interest. Her emotional outburst concerned me and her failure in school was alarming knowing she had been exposed to any and all phonics, numbers, shapes and colors needed to start school. She just wasn't progressing in reading and writing. This book has really helped me to be able to look at things through her eyes and understand why that is. It has helped not only how we do things so she can be successful but also helped me to feel normal about being frustrated, grace is beautiful and deserved! So glad I read this book!

I had high expectations from this author after the Queen of Hearts Series which remains one of the best teen books I've ever read. I recommend it to all my students. Although this account of Peter Pan is riveting it's not on the same level of writing. It lacks suspense. I can't decided if I want to read the next in this series because I wasn't in love with this story line.

If you like true crime and you like detailed writing then you will enjoy this book. Well written and keeps you wanting to know more. Each time I went into work I was thinking about what might happen next. The fact that this happened in real life and that such a person could think in this way is eye opening. Life is never guaranteed tomorrow!

This was a really good story, enjoyed reading it, I did find it to be extremely redundant at times with the prosecution towards the end. As an educator really makes me understand why hospital records and DEFACS are so important in todays times. This woman is proof that not all are cut out for motherhood and the stress can get the best of you if you are not careful! She needed mental help and likely never seeked it.

I've read a lot of my new favorite genre true crime in the past three years. Hands down this is one of the best, no detail is left put, you feel like you are living through the case. Fantastic Suspense! Really enjoyed it and will be looking into more by this author!!!!

This was so good! I am normally not into this type of reading and I absolutely couldn't stop reading this! For sure makes you think about if you locked the door to your house, who is around when you get into your car and how fragile a human life can be. Trust is in the eyes of the beholder. Not everyone has the same mental thoughts this book is proof of that! Well written!
